An associateship arrangement may provide the answer to a number
of changing needs in a practice. One of the most common and
legitimate reasons to have an associateship arrangement is to
provide for a future purchase of either part or all of the practice.
Setting up this pathway to a future transition is one of our
most beneficial client services.
Of course, an associate may be needed for a variety of other
reasons. Whatever those may be, we can assist in the search
and selection process and can help implement the associateship
arrangement by determining compensation and developing employment
contracts, thus relieving the practitioner of all the detail
work while leaving him or her in control.
We will also help the professional avoid those problem areas
that sometimes lead to unsatisfactory results. For example,
on of the most frequently cited reasons for an associate not
moving forward with an anticipated sale is that the associate
feels that he or she is being asked to pay for a portion of
the practice that he or she helped create. In these situations,
our unique valuation process eliminates the problem, thereby
dramatically increasing the chances for a successful outcome.
The success of the transition is even further enhanced through
the use of cash flow projections which show the associate how
the financial income will provide sufficient income to comfortably
afford the purchase.

LITTLE ROCK AREA

ORTHODONTIC ASSOCIATESHIP OPPORTUNITY
Orthodontic practice with multiple locations in the Little Rock area is seeking an associate of any experience level to join the practice. A partnership will eventually become available to the right candidate. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, expanding not only their clinical abilities, but also gaining experience in the administration and marketing of a thriving practice.
The practice provides Invisalign, uses GAC innovation R brackets, does early treatment and is not known for doing much in terms of extractions. The associate's schedule will be 4 days a week: 2-3 clinical days and 1-2 marketing days at first; it will continue to grow into 4 clinical days very soon.
Marketing duties will be a must but administrative duties are a matter of taste. Should you want to learn how to run an office, the senior doctor will help you understand every detail, and your pay will increase accordingly. If you only want to deal with the marketing and orthodontics, this is also fine; you will make plenty of money doing just that.
