Financial aid departments and exit counselors at dental schools spend a sizable portion of their time educating dental students about the nature of student loans. While a lot of time is spent discussing the pitfalls and positives of student loans, very little time is spent discussing strategies associated with tackling student loan debt repayment, while practicing dentistry and balancing all of life’s other considerations.
