As a patient, there’s nothing I find more frustrating than receiving phone calls requesting that I pay my outstanding dental bill of $23 by calling the practice during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. While email requests are more convenient, my Gmail account currently shows 66,799 unread emails.
