Since March 19th, travelers are no longer required to present a COVID-19 negative test result or proof of vaccination to enter Aruba. Some health protocols still apply. Visit www.aruba.com for more information.
US Reentry Requirements
As of May 25, the United States still requires a negative COVID-19 test or documentation of recovery for all returning citizens. The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort has a testing facility onsite that will provide same-day, emailed test results. We went through this process during our February 2022 seminar and it was incredibly efficient.
Passports are required. Please note that you must arrive at the airport for your return flight at least 4 hours before your flight. It is highly recommended you apply for Global Entry to expedite the airport process or not travel on a weekend.
Special Room Rates Available
Group rates are available for attendees at a discounted rate of $499/night (plus taxes & fees). Booking details provided upon registration. Rooms are not guaranteed to registered attendees and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Room nights are available beginning Friday, February 10 through Friday, February 17. For more information on housing, contact Sarah at 877.306.9780.
Please Note: It is not recommended to travel back to the US on a Saturday or Sunday. President's Weekend starts on Friday, February 17 so you will see an influx in families that day. If you wish to stay a week in Aruba, we recommend coming early rather than staying late.
