Room Block Close Date

Group rates are available for attendees at a discounted rate of $599/night (plus taxes and fees)! Rooms are not guaranteed to registered attendees and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms are extremely limited -- only one per registered family. Hotel cancellation Policy

Ski Season reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is charged in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. 30 days prior to arrival, the full reservation amount is non-refundable. Cancellations made outside of 30 days will receive a refund of the one-night deposit.

Course registration is for 2-days (four total sessions - a morning and afternoon session each day!)

Early Bird Deadline

Early Bird Rates expire December 28, 2024

Late/Onsite Registration Fee

$50 per course, per attendee for registrations received within 10 days of seminar series start date.

Standard Cancellation Policy*

30 or more days prior to event, receive future seminar credit or refund minus $50 processing fee. No refunds issued within 30 days of event.
