
Blake is a tax attorney (licensed in North Carolina only) and a Certified Public Accountant (North Carolina). He is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar, North Carolina Bar and American Bar Associations, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Blake is an honors graduate of Louisiana State University and received his law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina. Before law school, he spent 5 years in public accounting. Blake began his affiliation with The McGill & Hill Group LLC in May 1998 when he joined John K. McGill, Attorney at Law as an associate attorney. Blake and John subsequently formed McGill and Hassan, P.A. as co-shareholders in May 1999.
